Have you noticed?

I've been very neglectful.  Matter of fact, I've had way too much of this...
Not enough of this...
Resulting in a whole lot of this...
My poor kitchen and exercise icons have been sorely neglected on my blog.  
Enough is enough. 
 It's time for a change.

I too, have been eatting less bad and more good stuff! I literally forgot how good a home cooked meal can taste. Life gets too busy and overwhelming at times and we just do what is quick -n- easy...well no more, sister! I haven't had a soda in about 2 weeks, Yay, go me! And my Best Friend and I have made Wii Workouts part of our weekly routine. So hopefully with the Grace of God, we can see some difference! Good Luck!

Well, that is great. My goal is simple: no chips, no cokes, no sweets. When I get myself out of this vicious cycle I might let myself have 1 sweet cheat a week. But, I can't cheat up front or I can't get out of the bad cycle. Thanks for sharing!
