Gluten Free Picks of the Week!

Can I just say another special thanks to Pamela's Products for actually making a quality, chocolate brownie!  In case I forgot to mention you Pamela, thanks for making a wonderful, gluten free brownie (the batter's not so bad either).

So, back by popular demand: gluten free picks of the week...

Hormel Turkey (from your grocer's deli counter) is yep, you guessed it:  Gluten Free!  And yes, they actually pulled out a whopping one and let me read the package.  Awww, the relief from reading those simple, yet important, words: GLUTEN FREE.  So, don't be afraid of lunch meat (but DO beware of some).

Pass the CHEESE please!  A note about cheese's and our fast pace lifestyle:  DO buy large blocks of cheddar, mozzarella, and colby jack to your heart's content.  Do NOT short change your cheese grater by buying already "shredded" cheeses as these DO contain flour to prevent caking (most of the time anyway).

Do enjoy some Jimmy Dean All Natural sausage for breakfast as it does not contain MSG.

Amy's Organic Soup "Chunky Tomato Bisque" is quite good and filling for a side or an entire meal.

And if you MUST indulge in some cereal, the best I can find is Barbara's Bakery brand; Cinnamon Puffins. Wheat free and high in fiber.  Thank you Barbara!

All can be found @ Super H-E-B.

Have you heard of Kefir? Do you like yogurt. It's very similar to that. But I finally got some to try and I really like it! Also great for digestive. It's GLUTEN FREE!! The low-fat strawberry is my favorite. I know they have it at Krogers and HEB!
